Loading access
Provide the loading point, parking access, floor and lift availability. Tell us in advance if visitor registration or a pass is required.
Packing and sorting
Secure goods against movement and discuss fragile items before dispatch. Separate returns from outbound parcels and confirm their counts.
Readiness and changes
Distinguish preferred pickup time from actual packing completion. Contact the manager if packing or volume changes affect the agreed plan.
